1. Buyer Privacy & VIP Sourcing

When a buyer submits a Car Request, private details (including phone number, email address, and exact residence) are masked. Dealers respond to the request through the AutoBase platform without access to personal buyer contact information.

2. Vehicle Passport History

Vehicle Passports maintain immutable physical diagnostic history. Records are tied strictly to the chassis VIN and vehicle specifications, never to past personal buyer records.
