Browse Verified Inventory or Submit Car Request

Browse through vehicles with verified chassis VINs and documents, or create a specific Car Request. When you find a car, submit an offer with your preferred handover method.

Order Confirmation & Escrow

Offer Accepted & Escrow Funded

When the seller accepts your offer, your order is created. You deposit the vehicle payment safely into AutoBase Escrow. The seller is notified that funds are secured, but the payment is not released until delivery is complete.

Physical Confirmation Inspection

13-Point Physical Inspection Before Handover

An AutoBase Field Officer is dispatched to inspect the actual vehicle. We verify physical VIN plates, ECU odometer readings, frame alignment, paint thickness, and conduct road test diagnostics.

Material Discrepancy Rule: If the physical car does not match the agreed listing (e.g. mileage rolled back or hidden accident repair), the transaction is automatically paused and you can cancel for a full refund or renegotiate.

Controlled Handover & Settlement

Vehicle Delivery, Confirmation & Payout

Vehicle is delivered via dedicated carrier or collected in person. Once you confirm physical receipt and verified ownership documents, escrow seamlessly releases settlement to the seller.
